Job Description :

• To identify, source and deliver manpower requirement of the organization
• Timely reporting of recruitment status to Asst. Manager/Manager Recruitment
• Database management
• Decrease dependence on external sources of recruitment and minimize cost
• Identify, understand & evaluate organizations manpower requirements
• Search and select mid & senior level positions based on given specifications
• Be able to advice department on selection & credential criteria based on competence requirement

Desired :

• 0.5-2 yrs experience in HR/Recruitments
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work on contract basis for 6 months
• Proactive and high energy level required
