Job Title : HR Associate 

Experience  : 1 Years 

Job Description :
Maintaining new Joinee details entry in excel, filing of the new joinees papers. as well as maintaining details of resignees also.
Maintaining the database of Forms received from the employees and generating division and region-wise report of the forms not received.
Organisation chart updation
Checking of bills of the reimbursements of employees
Preparing Appointment Letters
Dispatch of the required documents to the regional offices and to the respective addresses in the West region.
Recording leaves in leave Record file.
Maintaining Region-wise attendance sheets in a file.
Filing of papers received from the employees i.e, signed confirmation, appointment etc
Scanning of offer letters and resumes. whenever required
Coordinating with employees for confirmation in participating in Trainings & Induction program and maintaining a record of the same.
Filing of Resumes. .
Working on sudden requirement of data & documents 

Desired : Candidate should be very good with Ms. Office and data entry and admin work .Should have good communication skill.
