To handle the entire recruitment process, induction and orientation, employee relations, payroll management, compensation & benefits and all other core HR activities.

Desired :
He/She should be an MBA with similar experience as he/she has to participate in a gamut of HR functions like Recruitment process, Payroll management, Compensation & Benefits, Appraisals, employee developmental initiatives and employee communication.
