Education: MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations

Job Description :

• Coordinate with different channels for sourcing profiles, initial assessment; follow up with Operations for interviews and joining-related processes
• Conduct reference checks for the experienced candidates who have been selected through the interview process
• Meet and evaluate recruitment consultants
• Execute Campus-related activities
• Liaison with team for Employee-Referral initiatives
• Monitor process compliance of team members
• Issuing the offer letter, appointment letters.
• Taking care of welfare activities and birthday celebration.
• Shall schedule Induction and conduct the Induction Programme.
• Will Maintain the Personal folders.
• Interact with employees on a regular basis and maintain good employee relations.
