Job Description:

1. Handle the recruitment activities in an efficient and effective manner
2. Ensure that all the open positions are closed as per the pre-decided timelines
3. Screen applications and select candidates for interview by hiring managers
4. Arrange interviews and coordinate the recruitment process till offer stage
5. Manage recruitment through job portals, recruitment agencies and employee referrals
6. Manage offer and post-offer process
7. Ensure all the paper work is received and completed as per the policy
8. Coordinate background verification / reference checks for offered candidates

Desired :

1. Experience of 1 to 1.5 years in Recruitment especially in IT
2. Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
3. Willing to learn and manage other HR activities
4. Post graduate degree in Human Resource
5. Focused, detail oriented, timeline oriented and should have good interpersonal skills
6. Computer literacy in MS Office and Internet
