Job Description :

• Understand manpower requirement and fulfill staffing requirements.
• Experience in Bulk hiring
• Major role is to provide assistance in recruitment.
• Employee Relations – Respond to and address various HR related queries
• To search resumes & profiles from portal sites & contact candidates as per the set requirements.
• Should have an experience of IT and BPO recruitments.
• Should have knowledge of full life cycle of recruitments.

Desired :

• Undergraduate / Graduate in any discipline.
• Should have 1-2 yrs experience in any recruitment firm.
• Good Command over English language.
• Good Knowledge in tracking CV’s and knowledge in MS office suite.
