Job Location: Vadodara/Baroda

Job Description :

• would be responsible for identifying the right candidates as well as the making the initial contact with qualified candidates
• candidate would be working from their residence. Must have own computer with Internet connection or have access to one.
• Search for resumes in various Job Portals based on client requirements
• Match the profile of the candidate based on technical skill set.
• Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
• Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position,
• Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and requirement
• Submit the profile of the candidate to Team Lead for approval.

Desired :

• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Should have very good knowledge of verbal as well as written English
• Should be self starter with ability to work under minimum supervision
• Should be able to work at nights.
• IT recruiting experience is desirable but not a must.
