Job Description :

• Recruiting and Staffing.
• Induction and Introduction of all new entrants.
• Employee Relation Activities.
• Handling and Monitoring the complete in/out of the Employees.
• Incharge for employee database and leave maintenance.
• Incharge to facilitate the Internal / External Training programs.
• Maintenance and Implementation of QMS as applicable.

Desired :

• Should have good knowledge in Labour Laws & Statutory Compliances
• Should have sound knowledge in MIS
• Should possess the qualities of people management
