Job Title : HR Executive- Recruitments

Experience : 0 – 3 yrs

Education : MBA- HR

Job Location: Gurgaon and Noida (Need to be flexible with both the locations)

Job Description :
1-Constant sourcing of resumes / profiles from various available. channels, job portals, employee referral etc

2- Telephonic Interviews – First Screening.

3- Line-up Candidates

4- Follow-up with candidates

5- Conducting & coordinating the interviews for different positions.

6- Maintaining MIS reports of scheduled candidates as well as new recruits.

7- Extending the offer letters.

8- Maintaining the record of Employee Refferals.

9- Vendor Management.

Desired :
The candidate should have good communication skills
He/She should be flexible working in 24*7 Environment.
Experience in End To End Recruitments for atleast 6 months.
Freshers with good conceptual knowledge can apply.

Note : Cab and Meals would also be given additionally.
