Research Problem:
The Presence study aims to evaluate the opinion and perception of employees with the regards to the training policy and system of NATFM.The research could help to solve problem which would a raise out of misinterpretation or adverse opinion existing in the minds of employees about training program which could adversely affect the out come of training.
Sample Design:
Employees from different department and branches/cadres attended the training program so data has been collected from 72 employees by choosing 2 different training programmes.

1 HR skills and interpersonal relationship-5 days programme.
2 Leadership skills -4days programme.
