Job Description :
Handling HR & Personnel Functions :
Conducting Induction, Joining & Exit Formalities.
Maintaining MIS Reports.
Handling Day-to-Day HR Issues.
Investigating and resolving employee related issues
Result oriented approach towards achieving results.
Coordinates with Admin, Accounts and Sys Admin
regarding implementation of HR processes.
Appraisals, Internal Surveys & handling event coordination.
