- Responsible for handling all key requirements of the company
- Sourcing of profiles through multiple channels
- Initial screening of profiles and ensuring candidate’s fitment to the role
- Screening and evaluating of profiles
- Regular follow ups with the candidates
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports with respect to the open positions
