Education: MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations

Job Description :

• Execute the training plan
• Check the availability of the trainers and employees
• Invite nominations for a training from the functional groups
• Schedule the trainings and make arrangements for the training session
• Collect feedback after every session
• Collate the training needs from the teams
• Maintenance of tools that aid in better performance of the dept
• Contacting vendors for specific training requests
• Create and maintain trackers regularly
• Organisation Initiatives
• Actively participates in organisational initiatives
• Contributes to process improvement

Desired :

• MBA with specialisation in HR
• Experience – 0.5 to 1 years of experience in coordinating role in Training function
• Candidates should have excellent communication skills
• Candidates from reputed B-schools can only apply
• Candidates from Bangalore are preferred

Note: This is a contract based position for 6 months. You would be paid a monthly stipend during you stay.

On completion of the contract, the case would be reviewed for a permanent role on two criteria:

? If there is any current opening in the team at the point in time

OR

? If the trainee has shown exemplary performance during the contract period
