Job Title : HR Trainee 

Experience : 0 – 2 Years 

Job Description : The candidate is responsible for sourcing/screening/validating profiles using portals, references, etc. Understanding the Recruitment Cycle and hands on experience in IT Rectuitments would be an added advantage 

Desired : The Candidate should have prior experience in sourcing profiles which matches the Job Descriptions using portals, references. Ability to handle Channel Management i.e., handling a group of Vendors/ Recruitment Consultants to enable recruitment solutions.

Local candidates from Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula would be preffered.
