Job Title : Management Trainee • Admin – Executive

Experience: 0 – 5 years

Job Description :
Assist the HR Manager in updating procedures and manuals
Assist the HR Manager in implementation of HR strategies to improve project team capability.
Maintain database of staff and operatives
Liaise with site management and other departments as required.
Liaise with Government authorities
Produce new joinee reports for both staff and operatives.
Ensure fare treatment with regard to discipline and job related grievances.
Maintain Staff / Operatives personnel records, leave of absence and attendance records.
General administration including camp, mess, transportation etc. / personnel support
