Education: MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization

Job Description :

• Accepts training requests and proactively sells training dates and adjusts training schedule as required.
• Schedules the workshops in consultation with the Trainer
• Coordinates with the client on the training requirements and logistics for the workshops.
• Arranges for the travel and stay related to the workshops.
• Reconfirms all the logistics before the training and consolidates participants’ feedback post training
• Billing and receipt of all dues
• Maintains client data-specially birthdays etc and builds excellent client relationships
• Emailing Newsletters & greetings
• Database management of participants and clients
• Manages and archives training records- both participant & client records.
• Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of records.
• Ability to handle flight bookings, cancellations & schedules.

Desired :

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Proficency in Excel
• Good at organizing, planning, and prioritizing Work
