Job Description :

• Preparation of interim and year-end tax information

• Preparation of tax adjustments (Holding period, Section 1256 analysis, Wash sales analysis, Constructive sales, Straddles, Open cover adjustment, OID, Market discount, Distressed debt issues, Treatment of derivatives etc)

• Tax Returns and K1 Statements

• German Tax Reports

Desired :
Tax and A/c releated experience required, preparation of tax adjustments
