Job Description :

• Human Resource
• Rewards and recognition initiatives roll out on periodic basis Performance Management
• Appraisals release, follow up / tracking till closure of discussion.
• Actively participate in Employee Engagement activties. Employee interaction/issues resolution/ site visits.

Desired :

• Knowledge of S.A.P operation (optional)
• Thorugh knowledge of working in xl.
• Exposure to other MS Office packages will be good to have
• Good communication skills and good inter-personal skills
• Ability to stretch and handle stress
• Ideal profile would be an MBA from a Tier 2 B-School with 6 months to 1 yr 6 months of expn
