Job Title : Human Resource - Mumbai - Temporary Job - Six Month

Job Description : HR Administration- Employee P-file, updation of HaRIS and employee master on day-to-day basis
Leave Administration- Leave polivy update, master leave record, Regular leave report generated and sent by HR to inform department managers of employees’ leave balance
Statutory Compliance - Assisting in Govt Compliance on PF- opening, wihdrawal/ transfer, monthly, 6-monthly, annual returns, quaeries and liasioning with PF Condultant, compliance in areas of ESIC, Professional Tax, MLWF etc.al.
Employee Benefit Administration- Coordinating with benefit service providers and employees in areas of Hospitalization, Medical Insurance, Personal Accidents, monthly data processing, monthly premium payouts, database management, PHS cards management etc.
HaRIS- day-to-day employee data updations, weekly, monthly HR reports, compliance reports, HR MIS.
Workforce Planning- Assisting Employment Application Documentation, PR, Rehire/ Transfer, Employee Separation
Misc- Business cards porocessing, E-mail ID application, Visa Invitation letters, monthly birthdays, arrangement for visiting HR delegate etc al.
Desired : Degree or equivalent
Good written and spoken business communication, excellent interpersonal
