Liaisoning with govt. authorities and ensuring adherence to statutory compliance.
Strengthening organizational culture.
Policy implementation.
Separation Function. 

Desired : MBA / MSW / PMIR with 1-5 Years of Experience in handling ‘HR Operations’ function.
Positive attitude and excellent team management skills are perquisites.
