Education: MBA/PGDM – HR / Administration

Job Description :
Collaborate closely with the hiring managers to understand position requirement and take feedback on the candidates interviewed.
Source and shortlist candidates from various sources like jobsites, placement consultants, and informal groups.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification through company vendor.
Identify and develop new sources of recruitment.
Maintain HR database and employee records and issue regular consolidated reports/MIS.
Generate various letters like appointment letter, confirmation letter etc.
Deal with the vendors to ensure adherence of statutory compliances (Provident Fund, Maternity Benefit etc).
Handle other projects as assigned from time to time.

Desired :
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
0 – 3 years of work experience.
Knowledge of statutory compliances is preferable.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask effectively.
