Deepam Silks is a retailer of premium sarees and ethnic readymade garments for men and women. Our clientele is spread over India, US, Europe and Australia. Our flagship store is located in M.G.Road, and we have recently opened a new store in Jayanagar.

Job Location:Bengaluru/Bangalore

Job Description :

• Maintains record of employee attendance through our time and attendance machine.
• Deals with paperwork associated with late coming, attendance, and scheduling.
• Acts as an interface between management and HR.
• Compiles payroll data and communicates the information to accounts.
• Deals with all issues relating to employee welfare.
• Sends periodic reports to management on issues relating to compensation, incentives, and sales generated by each salesperson.
• Will be involved in ensuring that we are in compliance with employee laws.

Desired :

• Must possess knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Good oral and written communication skills are a must.
• Candidate has to be detail-oriented.
• Should be from Commerce or Science background with minimum aggregate of 60% in each year.
• Must have secured 70% in Maths or Statistics.
