About Company :
? The Maersk Global Service Centers (GSCs) organization is a young entity in the Maersk Container Business. Our center team in Copenhagen is heading up the development and growth of the six Global Service Centers located in India, China and Philippines. The GSCs in India currently employ more than 3,000 colleagues.
? As an integral part of the Container Business, the GSC organization plays an essential role in the pursuit of the overall CB strategy, in particular with regard to delivering the Best Customer Proposition and ensuring Cost Leadership.

Job Description :

• Regular updating of the other HR systems
• Understand manpower requirement and fulfill staffing requirements
• Internal (Managing the Job Portal)
• External (corresponding with consultants and candidates)
• Major role assistance in recruitment.
• Employee Relations – Respond to and address various HR related queries
• To search resumes & profiles from portal sites & contact several consultants as per the set requirements.
• Understand and implement the A P Moller – Maersk HR practices
• Enable the BOMGSC HR team to maintain the World Class standard in HR Transactional practices and improve the delivery of Facilitative activities
• Handle employee queries on various HR policies
• Enhance the image of BOMGSC HR to be ‘best in class’

Desired :

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Should have 1-2 yrs experince in any recruitment firm.
• Should be ready to work in Contract basis role
• Good Command in English and comfortable in conversing in the local dialect.
• Good Knowledge in tracking CV’s and knowledge in MS office suite.
