• All personnel and IR related activities (ESI,PF, Labour laws, statutory ) Compliances , admin activities etc.
• Responsible for induction and joining formalities of new recruits
• Supervising maintenance of employees’ Personal files,

Desired :
MBA /PGDM/ MSW / Graduate with adequate Exp.of atleast 1-2 Yrs. Exp. in Manufacturing Industry & are familiar with all functions of IR, PF, ESI, Labour laws, Welfare functions etc.
