Desired :

1. Good understanding and exposure to User Centered Design (UCD) process, usability and information architecture
2. 2-3 years of experience in UI Design field.
3. First class bachelors degree
4. Ability to convert requirements into wireframes and mock-ups.
5. Excellent creative and graphic design skills
6. Good knowledge of Photoshop and Flash
