Job Description :

• To manage & co-ordinate the smooth and efficient operation of the reception desk and area.
• To achieve maximum sales and guest satisfaction and to adhere to the highest standard of service/client attention and satisfaction as required by the hotel.
• To control and account for all transactions at the reception area according to current accounting procedures’
• To follow all established administrative and operation procedures relating to the spa reception.

Desired :

• Previous reception experience or fitness center/five star work experience.
• Pleasant personality and well groomed
• High School or Graduate with good English – written and oral.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and overtime as required.
• Initiative, ability to work unsupervised, responsible, reliable, honest, diplomatic, self motivated.
• Team player, leadership skills and sales skills.
• Previous cashiering, reception work experience is highly desirable
• Computer knowledge
• Complaints handling
