Job Location : Hyderabad / Secunderabad

Desired :

1. Java/ J2EE skills with experience in IBM Webshphere or Weblogic.
2. Technical Design & architecture experience.
3. Planning and estimation capabilities.
4. Experience in managing mid size teams; Good communication skills.
5. Skills: J2EE architecture ( JSP/JSF, Servlets, JMS, JNDI, EJB, Hibernate, Spring), XML, AJAX, Oracle DB

Job Description :

1. Driving requirements gathering and JAD sessions.
2. Designing and developing complex solutions spanning across technologies.
3. Architecture assessment and selections.
4. Built technology framework / reusable components.
5. Architecting and designing complex business applications spanning across technologies. Setup and implement best practices to build high quality solution following industry best practices.
6. Lead and mentor small team and take ownership of their deliverables.
7. Identify and mitigate risks and support project manager in meeting various project metrics.
