2. Keen observation and sound analytical skills

4. Capable of working independently, yet as part of a team
5. Well organised; high attention to detail

Job Responsibilities :

1. Implementing & Handling HR Policies
2. End to end Recruitment Policy
3. Induction Programme, Exit & Stay
4. Interview, Direct interaction with Headhunting agencies and Training Institutes and Colleges
5. Maintaining the databank of resumes
6. Designing the Training Calender. Handling various employee Training Programmes and evaluating their effectiveness etc
