Job Description :
This role is with the responsibility of handling a ticket which comes to the Service desk and following up with the ticket with the resolver groups. Also ensure to have the issue resolved within the given SLA Time.
This role supervises, coordinates and maintains on a daily basis, the levels of service agreed with and expected by the customer (SLA or equivalent documents) while keeping a constant focus on improving the performance of the services provided. Candidate should have a relevant experience with the terms of Service desk. Process knowledge will be an added advantage. Excellent Email Etiquette is required.
