Required :

• Good Excel knowledge is a must
• Good Analytical & Communication Skills
• Comfortable with 24*7 environment
• Prior experience of MIS in a WFM Role would be preffered
• Candidate with BPO background would be preferred

Job Responsibilities :

• Headcount Analysis ( Actual Headcount & Attrition Analysis),to perform reconcilation of Ops Dump
• JRF and Open PositionTracking.Mapping JRF with Open Position
• Completion of New Hires Joining checklist and status report
• Attendance report (Monitor & Ensure 100% attendance marking for the contract )
• ILC clocking and OT report ( Ensure 100% clocking for the contract)
• ID Management ( Ensure timely addition & deletion of IDs for the new hires and attried employees respectively
• DCMT Updation
• Non Process training ( Soft skills training etc..) tracking and status update for the employees
• Passport tracking ( Emsure timely submission of Passport by all the inscope account employees
• Performance Incentive data collation( Stacks) for the eligible inscope employees
