Job Responsibilities :

• Day to day mediation CDR operations support.
• Willing to work in 24×7 operations environment (In shift also).
• End to end testing (UAT) of business CR delivery by application vendor, bug fixing with vendor. user signoff and productionize the same.
• Support on various transformation projects. Good knowledge of Unix shell scripts ,Oracle 10G. Telecom background.
• Have good working experience of atleast 2 years on any good mediation system like Comptel EL 5.3/6 , Intec, Aricent,etc.Adherence to SLA targets.

Required :

• Minimum 16 years of education required
• Total 0 to 2 years of experience required
