Job Title : Unit Manager–Tied Agency 

Experience : 0 – 1 Years  Desired : The incumbent needs to be competent in communication skills in the local language and networking abilities. Would need to have in-depth knowledge of the local market dynamics and would be primarily responsible for achieving the sales goal-sheet targets of the division. Motivated and energetic Sales Professionals with a proven track record and a hunger to excel are the exact requirements for this channel. 

Job Description : Has to build a strong team of commission based insurance advisors from his/her local network and sell insurance policies through this network.
