- Customer Care Executive for US inbound Process
- Acting as a primary interface for all customer service enquiries
- Upselling Skills, Typing Skills & Accuracy for Chat and E-mail.
- Should be comfortable working in shifts.
- Should have excellent Verbal & Written English.
- Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries.
Job Responsibilities :
- Involves handling customer service Inbound calls.
- Involves resolving customer’s queries and retaining them.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the knowledge base.
- Follow-up on customer inquires if not resolved immediately
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
- Acting as a primary interface for all customer service enquiries.
