Infosys-BPO is hiring people for Voice and Non Voice process for Bangalore and Pune.

1)Voice process:

Designation: Process Executives for Voice Process (Customer support)

Experience: 0-2 years

Job Location : Bangalore/Pune

Desired :
Excellent Communication Skills.
Graduation/Diploma (10+2+3) – 2009 Awaiting results would also be eligible.
Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment)
Should be willing to relocate to Bangalore or Pune
Should be willing to work in a voice process.
Should sign service agreement of 1 year at the time of Joining

1) Bangalore:

Walkin Date : Monday to Friday

Walkin Time Slots : We have 3 slots in a day 1)12:00 PM 2) 2:00 PM 3) 5:00 PM

2) Non-Voice process

Designation: Process Executive for a Non-Voice process (Content writing-non technical)

Experience: 0-1 years

Job Location : Bangalore/Gurgaon

Desired :
Excellent Communication Skills ( written ).
Graduation
Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment)
Should have creative writing skills (If some 10-15 words given candidate should be able to write meaningful essay using those words)
Should sign service agreement of 1 year at the time of Joining.
Prefer MA and BA (Communications, Literature, Advertising, English)
