Job Title : Policies Associate 

Experience : 0 – 3 Years 

Job Location : Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs 

Job Description :
Ensuring that the client policies, being drafted by the insurer, are received in time
Ensuring that the policy, once received, is reviewed in the most stringent manner to ensure that all coverage sought has been provided correctly
Liasoning with the sales team and the insurers to ensure coverage is as per original understanding with the client
Maintaining meticulous records of all communication with all parties concerned, tracking changes being made on the policy
Working as per compliance requirements of the organisation in order to serve the client interest best Extreme focus on quality with appreciation of the financial implications of the work being handled is expected from each Associate. Each Associate is also expected to understand and honour the service levels that we have with various parties involved in the policy issuance process
 
Desired :
Excellent understanding of the English language
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Extreme competence in comprehension
High level of attention to detail, quality and accuracy Flexible and adaptable approach to changing demands
Ability to work within a multi location team environment
PC skills (Microsoft Word, internet, e-mail)
