Job Description :
Efficient searching from data bases like  Micropatent, elphion/Derwent, STN, Scifinder etc based on exhaustive search  strategy to ensure to capture all the relevant patent and non patent references. Good skill to analyse the search out put to prepare the Product/technology  dossier/landscape.
Basic knowledge About Indian and US patent laws
Interpretatiion of claims
Infringement analysis skills in line with patent laws

Desired :
Ph.D in synthetic Organic Chemistry
