Desired :
- Good Communication skill is must.
- Should have basic / Fundamental Knowledge of Computer.
- Should have Knowledge about LCS / OCS (Live Communication Server / Office communication Sever 2005).
Job Description :
- Log user calls and give them a ticket no of call.
- Assign severity level to each call as per Service Level Agreement.
- Allocate the problem to the engineer.
- Track each call to resolution.
- Generate call reports (Daily Summary / Open calls).
- Collect feedback from the user after completion of call.
- Pending calls review and follow-ups and updates to users in case of call is not closed.
- Generate MIS report.
