Job Description :

• You guarantee the security of data (up-to-date anti virus, back-ups, etc.).
• You resolve incidents and ensure availability and performance according to the Service Level Agreement defined with your users
• You evaluate the quality, creates reporting, analyse and decide on implementation of pro-active action plans.
• You accompany all business operations (openings, commercial operations)
• You take part in new product or hardware solutions implementation and software development to ensure that all elements linked to volumes, performance and user requirements are considered
• You decide on deployment lead times, in line with the project requirements and users’ expectations
• You communicate regularly with your users, in order to listen to them and prepare them for the arrival of new solutions
• You manage vendors for maintenance assignment or new project implementation.

Desired :

• Skills and experience (miminum 1 years) in support of window based environmment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, demonstrating a sens of ownership to drive assignments to completion.
• Detail oriented with superior organizational skills. Accuracy, ability to respect deadlines and initiative required.
