Job Description :

• Manage the complete life-cycle of recruitment of qualified candidates from Sourcing to Hiring for various Perm and contract assignments.
• Manage to handle the high volume recruiting in a fast paced, structured environment, adhering to strict deadlines.
• Manage recruiting initiatives from the beginning to the end of the hiring cycle including the paperwork, compensation negotiation, co-ordinate the interviews, pre closing candidates etc.
• Work with hiring managers and account managers to fulfill the staffing needs.
• Submit the performance reports on timely basis and participate in the team meetings.

Desired :

• Candidates with thorough understanding of US tax/employment terms like W2, Corp to Corp & 1099 will be preferred.
• Experience in qualified sourcing profiles for USA Government requirements will be preferred
• General human resource knowledge and understanding of common staffing metrics and functions
• Must have experience with an automated applicant tracking system
• Experience advertising in various media including online and print
• Should be able to join within 2 weeks.
• Technical/ Management graduate with 1-5 years of successful track record in US based IT recruitment with good communication, articulation, presentation and negotiation skills.
