Job Description:

• We are looking to augment our existing recruiting team with strong Technical Recruiters to help fulfill the growing needs.
• The candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening and closing.
• The candidate will be responsible for running reference checks within stipulated time.
• Coordinating with Technical Panel for all technical Interviews and Client Interviews.
• Identifying the candidate’s knowledge over the skill set required.

Desired :

• IT Recruiters with 6 months to 2 years of exp in US staffing.
• Must understand end to end model and identifying right candidates for US requirements.
• Must be able to work on fulfilling complex requirements in a limited time period.
• Must be proficient in different sourcing methodologies.
• 6 months to 2 year of IT Recruitment.
• Willing to work in Night shifts.
• Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
• Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools.
