Desired :

1. Solid technical recruitment experience in either an internal or agency environment
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident and Professional manner
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks and manage multiple deadlines
4. The ability to work autonomous
5. Knowledge of technical job market
6. MBA or College degree with equivalent work experience
7. Solid computer skills and detail oriented
8. Must be a team player that can adapt to changing situations
