Job Description :
Manage Outbound & Inbound Calling
Client Interactions
Understanding the assigned set of accounts & follow up calling on these (CXO level) contacts
Regular co ordination with internal operation team , client & its customer
Updating changes in the program guide if any and aligning the same
Will work towards building a strong rapport with the assigned accounts
Managing and updating the database
Inviting these assigned accounts for Events, Conferences on behalf of Client
End to End Project Fulfillment

The Work place is Navi Mumbai, hence candidates from the Central and Harbour Lines would be preferred.
