Job Description  :
Manage competency based recruitment process catering to various business needs.
Design and implement effective hiring processes, including full recruitment life cycle strategies.
Will be responsible for the client management, should take care of the entire recruitment process, will be managing a team of recruiters, and should assist the team in recruitments.
Fulfillment of the requirements, head-hunting the senior candidate, co-ordination with the candidate and the clients.
Understanding the sanguine client organization with regard to existing business activities, organization structure and future growth plans.
Understanding the competencies for position including job title, principal accountabilities, key result areas, authority, external and internal contacts, reporting and supervisory relationships, working conditions, environment and other relevant factors.
Creating and maintaining database to reduce turnaround time. – Sound Experience in conducting walk in interviews. – Sound Experience in head hunting.
