3.Should possess very strong communication and presentation skills.
4.Should be able to analyze requirements and formulate proposals.
5.Should be able to compare and recommend solutions.

Skills: : Strong Java development skills. (J2EE, J2ME, XML, XSL, JMS, JSP, etc…)
Should have a hand on experience in UML, Data modeling, service oriented architecture, Struts, Junit, N-Tier application development and Ajax technology.
Application profiling knowledge preferred.
