Job Description : Understanding the business requirements.
Client interaction experience will be preferred.
Familiarity with onsite/offshore model.
Awareness of CMMi processes will be an added advantage.
Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
Should have excellent communication skills.
Support Requirement Capture which includes gathering functional requirement, working on requirements document.
Support Design which includes high level design, low level design, facilitate design sign off
Development and integration which includes setting up configuration management, developing components, peer review, creating unit test plans and performing unit testing
Should have extensive software development experience with Core Java, JSP, Servlet, EJB, awareness of Design Patterns.
Preferred : Struts, JMS
Should have sound Knowledge of RDBMS concepts
Should have sound knowledge of OO terminology and concepts .
