Job Description :

• The primary responsibility would be configuring the products / components to a specific client problem and deploying the same
• Responsibilities could include to design, build and deploy products / components and supporting components / services
• Technologies used in development would be Java, J2EE, struts, Flex etc.
• Other responsibilities would be working with the team, as well as co-ordination / communication within the team
• He/She should be a self-motivator capable of keeping focus to find long and short-term solutions for complex problems, with limited information and challenging timelines

Desired :

• The candidate should possess strong analytical skills
• At least 1-2 years working Java experience (1.4 or greater)
• Modelling, analysis and design skills
• Experience dealing with HTTP, web frameworks and web containers.
• Experience using a software development processes/methodology
• Excellent communication and team skills
• An understanding of O/R mapping technologies / relational DB technology would be useful
