Job Description :

• Will be responsible for over all operational activities of Health Insurance & PA for assigned districts
• Reviewing of Health claims files
• Liaise with hospitals for pre-authorization
• Monitor product performance
• Product profitability
• Audit processes
• Networking of Hospitals
• Negotiation with Hospitals on tariff schedules,discounts
• Laying performance criterion for Hospitals & measuring
• Package Designing for various ailments
• MIS preparation
• Utilization review of Hospitals
• Payment reconciliations
• Outstanding reviews and monitoring payments to providers

Desired :

• Minimum Graduate
• MHA/BHMS/BAMS/ Science graduates with MBA
• Must be good in English and Hindi written/verbal communications
• Willing to travel and relocate
• Pref will be given to Pharma, Health Insurance , Health care sector
