- Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like internal databank, job portals, head hunting etc to fill the vacancies and stimulating them to apply for the jobs.
- Evaluating qualified candidates/CVs to specific job.
- Coordinating with departmental heads to arrange interviews
- Conduct first level interview (Telephonic) to check communication Skills, technical skills, interest level, availability, salary, etc.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment
- Taking care of joining formalities
