Job Description :

.Looking for people with international BPO work experience at least 6 months

• Involves handling Inbound Calls.

• Involves resolving customer queries related to Internet and computer hardware.

• Involves updating customers on latest information on a product or service.

• Should be comfortable working in shifts.

• Should have excellent English communication skills.

• Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries.

• Will be supporting for major Technical customer service Clients.

Desired :
• Excellent Communication Skills

• International BPO work experience is preferred (atleast 6 months)

• Strong knowledge on Hardware, Networking & Operating Systems

• Interested to work in night shifts

• Willingness to relocate to Indore immediately
