Job Description :
This opening is for one of our US Process, dealing with calls related to customer quiries (Inbound).Shifts would be night shifts, and this would be an entry level position. Highly experienced candidates need not apply.

Desired :
UG/ Graduates or 10+2+3yrs Diploma/10+3yrs Diploma with Min 1yr INTERNATIONAL CALL CENTRE VOICE experience a MUST
BE/BTech/MBA/PGDBM/MCA – NOT ELIGIBLE
Graduates – fresher/ experienced can apply for the same.
Excellent Communication skills
Customer Oriented
Ability to handle pressure & willing to work in shifts.
